The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Specialist to join our dynamic team.

As our IT Specialist, you will be in charge of all IT aspects, including onsite rapid-response for technical issues, ensuring that systems are kept running at optimal efficiency, and establishing effective processes to provide the highest levels of internal support.You will ensure that our company's technology systems are reliable, up-to-date, and meet the company's needs.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for all TechSee’s IT aspects, systems and infrastructure.

• Managing Tools, Systems, and Services utilized by TechSee

• Provide support to TechSee employees globally, both in Israel and abroad including USA time zones

• Managing workstations and company applications while managing subcontractors such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, Slack, and other organizational systems.

• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate IT systems, policies, and procedures

• Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes and ensure the security of all systems.

Requirements:

• 2-3 Years of experience as a System Admin/IT field from a Global company or as Integrator in the IT Space.

• Deep understanding and hands-on experience in IT systems, networking, and servers.

• Experience with organizational systems such as Google Workspace, BI, salesforce, priority etc.

• Good interpersonal skills, a sense of responsibility, readiness to work in a challenging startup environment

• Advanced knowledge of managing users ,access (Like Active Directory) and mail services.

• Troubleshooting experience for PCs, Macs, hardware, and software.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing IT challenges.

• BS in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or similar field - Advantage

• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and SOC2- Advantage

• Experience with JumpCloud- Advantage

• Experience with CrowdStrike- Advantage

• Experience with Linux and macOS- Advantage
