We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to manage end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting, forecasting, account planning, sales execution, negotiation, pipeline/funnel management) and closing of new business.

This is a Hybrid-Remote position open to candidates located in New York or New Jersey.

The Opportunity:

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at TechSee, you will be pivotal in expanding our North American Sales Team. You will focus on acquiring new business within target sectors, exceeding revenue quotas through new logo sales of our CX, AI, and Digital products. Leverage your knowledge to understand customer needs, enhance their experience, and articulate innovative digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue through new relationships and cross-selling TechSee's portfolio.

  • Engage customers in strategic discussions to showcase TechSee’s value.

  • Negotiate commercial terms with sophisticated buyers.

  • Collaborate with client stakeholders, internal departments, and third parties.

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and current customers and sales partners.

  • Regularly close deals and exceed sales goals.

  • Assist and support sales partners.

  • Maintain product knowledge through continuous training.

  • Attend industry events.

  • Stay informed about Video Engagement, Digital Self-Service, and AI competitors.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their processes and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of proven experience selling SaaS products/solutions to Fortune 2000 companies.

  • Proven track record of carrying a quota as an individual contributor.

  • Strong consultative sales abilities and ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to closing.

  • Measurable track record in new business development.

  • Effective communication at senior levels within customer organizations.

  • In-depth understanding of client business drivers, strategy, and buying cycles.

  • Experience in the Contact Center and/or Customer Experience (CX) markets.

  • Experience in selling ML/AI solutions is a strong plus.

  • Experience in sales management and training, with knowledge of structured methodologies.

  • Self-starter with a strong drive for success.

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.

  • Ability to work remotely with travel requirements of 30%-50%.
