As the TAM, you will:
  • Lead from the front—create a streamlined success playbook with sales and engineering to cut through complexity, drive adoption, and close opportunities fast.
  • Drive growth and impact by positioning Tetrate’s tools to expand usage, boost revenue, and uncover opportunities, guiding customers from onboarding to swift adoption and key milestones.
  • Generate trust and deliver value in every interaction, demonstrating Tetrate’s ROI and fostering deep, lasting relationships.
  • Turn insights into measurable action—leverage customer feedback to identify upsell opportunities, align needs with Tetrate’s capabilities, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize outcomes.
  • Accelerate growth by expanding account usage and seizing every opportunity for meaningful impact.
Required Skills:
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships, identifying customer needs, and driving fast results.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to accelerate customer success.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements.
  • Familiarity with modern infrastructure and DevOps tools (e.g., CI/CD, networking, observability).
  • Experience in infrastructure or network architecture advisory.
  • Experience in technical customer success, solution engineering, or similar roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Consulting or fast-growth startup experience is a plus.
