About Vantage:

Vantage is a cloud cost visibility and optimization platform, alternatively known as a FinOps platform. We help companies of all sizes manage their cloud infrastructure costs: everything from individual developers all the way up to multiple Fortune 500 customers. Our co-founders are industry veterans who have been former infrastructure engineers and product managers at DigitalOcean and AWS. The company is an efficient and hard working team of ~30 employees across the US with a New York City center of gravity. As we transition to the growth phase of the business, it’s likely our team size will at least double into 2024.

Our current customers include Square, Aflac, Rippling, Compass, Barstool Sports, PBS, Planetscale, and Starburst.

Vantage has raised $25M in total venture capital, most recently a $21M Series A financing round in March of 2023. About The Role:

As the Product Lead, you’ll own the vision, roadmap, and execution for the core Vantage products. You will work with a tight team of product engineers, a designer, customer success managers, and more who are responsible for constantly shipping features across the Vantage product.

What You Will Do:

  • Work directly with our founders and collaborate on feature discovery, ideation and delivery.

  • Define the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for the Vantage product prioritizing features designed to satisfy unmet customer needs and emerging challenges.

  • Drive technical architecture decisions to set the groundwork as Vantage scales into the future

  • Own end-to-end feature development - including measuring and reporting on customer impact

  • Collaborate with product marketing to create compelling messaging and content that clearly communicates the Vantage value proposition.

  • Gather insights from customers, partner teams at the major clouds, analysts, and internal data and become an expert on how to optimize cloud costs

  • Partner with Marketing and GTM teams (within both Vantage and partners) to generate awareness and drive adoption of Vantage

What We're Looking For:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management (ideally working on a developer-focused product)

  • You possess a deep understanding (and interest) in software development and emerging technologies

  • You have hands on experience building and deploying to cloud infrastructure using multiple services from one or more of the major cloud providers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)

  • You have sharp communication skills and the willingness to present your ideas to technical stakeholders and executives alike

  • Expertise across one or more of the following: monitoring and observability, data Visualization, financial product(s)

  • A kind person

Pay & Benefits

The estimated annual US base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $200,000. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and education stipends.
