Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Sr. Director, People serves as a trusted advisor to the executive team, developing and implementing the People Talent Strategy to achieve the strategic priorities of the business. What You'll Own

  • We’re looking for a Sr. Director of People that wants to elevate the People function, below are some areas we want you to be eager to enhance:
  • The Sr. Director, People will support the Chief Marketing Officer and be a strategic thought partner to the global Marketing organization.
  • Acts as a HR solutions partner to business and functional leaders delivering consistent advice and coaching to support and enable local business strategy.
  • Liaises with functional or operational managers to implement local human resources programs that are appropriate for their business needs, consistent with the organization's overall human resources strategy.
  • Partners with Talent Management on key talent initiatives (e.g., workforce planning, hi-potential employee development, succession planning, etc.).
  • Manages timely investigations, prepares documentation and makes appropriate recommendations for complex human resources issues to ensure human resources management is conducted effectively.
  • Help communicate, influence and drive our People Strategy across WalkMe
  • Partner directly with the People COEs and business leaders to develop People programs that deliver measurable impact
  • Evaluate existing human resource processes, identify gaps in current systems, and lead resolution projects
  • Assist in large-scale projects, ensuring global adoption across WalkMe and enabling comprehensive change management initiatives
  • Leverage data-driven insights to enhance the talent agenda, acting on the voice of the People

What You Need to Succeed

  • 8+ years of experience with Human Resources
  • Strong project management skills; the ability to lead projects, motivate teams, and drive execution to the achievement of the right results
  • Thorough understanding of human resources and labor relations principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Exhibit an innovative, entrepreneurial spirit and be comfortable with ambiguity
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, boards, officials, directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment and is able to juggle competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience exercising independent judgment and discretion while using company policies and practices to analyze situations, spot potential issues and determine appropriate action.
  • In depth knowledge of various well-being and benefit initiatives and compliance.
  • Act as a change agent to drive large scale improvements
  • Familiarity with Workday and Google Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $190,000 and $250,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, and RSUs as part of our competitive total rewards package.
