As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will report directly to the Manager of Business Development in the Raleigh office. Your main goals are to collaborate with our Account Executives to open up important business opportunities for WalkMe. It will also require more strategy than a standard pipeline development role. • Use creative communications designed to increase customer interest in WalkMe products
  • Research prospective clients and acquiring high-level contacts
  • Book initial qualification and/or discovery meetings for AE's within your assigned accounts
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts
  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate pipeline; maintain a high volume of activity including outbound cold (and warm) calls, emails and social selling
  • Evangelize WalkMe and the Digital Adoption model

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • You have grit and you don't give up easily
  • Have experience creating new connections and building relationships
  • Ability to think on your feet and pivot as circumstances change
  • Interest in technical SaaS Sales
  • Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent work experience
  • Sales training and salesforce.com, Outreach & Sales Navigator experience are a plus
