As a Sr./Marketing Manager, your main goals are to win market awareness and to generate sales pipelines through planning and executing appropriate marketing campaigns. You will be also required to communicate with sales team to thoroughly understand sales target, territory and strategy. Since marketing team covers wide range of tasks such as events, webinars, sites, social, paid media, showcase, contents, MA, and lead managements with small number of members, you are expected to be a multi-task player.
Your performance will be defined by achievement on pipeline contribution and other marketing objectives. You will report to Marketing Director in Tokyo office.

Description

  • Proactive and frequent business partnership to sales leaders to define the marketing strategy which aligns with the sales team’s Go-To-Market strategy in order to acquire market awareness as well as quality leads.
  • Campaign planning and execution. Main focus will be owned media promotion including content creation, email marketing, website traffic, blogs, and socials.
  • Create reports for territory coverage, lead conversion, and campaign performance.
  • Pipeline creation for inside sales and field sales team.
  • Hands-on marketing operations including lead uploads, landing page creation, and marketing automation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing in technology company or equivalent.
  • Experience in operation with Salesforce/Pardot (or other equivalent applications) will be welcomed.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Good understanding in B2B sales environment and SaaS business.
  • Have experience navigating through organizations, doing deep discovery and speaking to multiple decision makers.
  • Fluency in Japanese and business level English
