What will you actually be doing?
・Integrate the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) into Walkme’s core products to enhance functionality and user experience.
・Localize to Japanese services and algorithms that have previously been verified in English, including algorithmic verification in both English and Japanese and in some cases make modifications to existing algorithmic flow or code base to support both languages.
・Develop and apply advanced algorithms to the exciting and rapidly evolving domain of GUI perception.
・Lead the full R&D lifecycle, including problem definition, research, design, implementation, verification and deployment of innovative algorithmic solutions and models for both client and server sides.
・Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to create and refine data-driven algorithms.
What should you bring to the table?
・Degree in Computer Sciences / Engineering /
・Fluent in Japanese – Must
・Middle to upper Business English level – Must
・Proven hands-on experience with modern web technologies and cloud architectures.
・In-depth understanding of JavaScript runtime core concepts (advantageous).
・Familiarity with algorithms in machine learning, natural language processing, and large language models (LLMs) (advantageous).
・Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
・Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
