The Creative Director & Studio Manager is responsible for both creative leadership and daily operational management of WalkMe’s Brand Design function. You will ensure brand consistency, build high-quality creative outputs, and oversee smooth production workflows.
This role demands someone who can balance hands-on design, team leadership, and detailed operational oversight in a fast-paced environment with
multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
*Full-time, temporary role starting in January for 8 months, with an option to extend.
What You’ll Own
- Brand & Creative Vision-Drive WalkMe’s brand strategy, ensuring cohesive visual design and consistent brand guidelines across print, digital, and events.
- Operational & Studio Management-Lead day-to-day workflows, task intake, scheduling, resource planning, and sprint/dashboard management for the Israel-based design team.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship-Manage, motivate, and develop the design team, providing clear direction, feedback, and professional growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration-Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and other departments to clarify project requirements, prioritize deliverables, and refine creative outputs.
- Hands-On Creative-Contribute directly to design projects as needed. Oversee quality checks and uphold design standards.
- Continuous Improvement-Implement design best practices and operational enhancements. Integrate new tools (including Gen AI) to maintain a competitive edge.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 10+ years in brand and creative services, preferably within B2B SaaS.
- 5+ years managing design teams with proven ability to handle high-volume workflows.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and project management tools (e.g., Monday).
- Familiarity with Gen AI design tools and emerging industry trends.
- Strong project management capabilities to balance multiple concurrent deadlines.
- Operational & Strategic Mindset
- Comfortable overseeing studio operations, including vendor management, team scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Skilled at translating complex concepts into visually compelling outcomes that align with business goals.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
