As an experienced deal desk analyst, you are an authority in end-to-end deal processes and systems. In this role, you will be responsible for handling and coordinating the commercial aspects of deals by providing deal structuring guidance and collaborating with sales, information security, legal, finance, and other teams to evaluate, negotiate, and complete deals.

What you'll be doing:

  • Using your experience and deep knowledge of B2B SaaS deal processes to set commercial terms, generate order forms and quotes, support contract negotiation and procurement activities, and partner with legal and information security teams at a B2B SaaS start-up company.
  • Setting clear expectations and timelines for internal partners who are collaborating on deals and keep the team accountable using stellar project management skills
  • Defining, operating to, and driving improvements to specific deal flow metrics, such as SLAs, consistency in both contracts and commercial terms
  • Communicating clearly and equally well across partners in sales, finance, operations, legal, information security, and executive leadership
  • Collaborating with leaders and revenue operations to establish and maintain a weekly sales forecasting process. Continually evaluate and update the forecasting process as necessary.
  • Developing real-time reporting and dashboards that advise business decisions, drive efficiency and team effectiveness.

The salary range for this role’s listed level is currently $67,500- $93,500. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits and equity upon requests. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
